My AMP is a mobile app that aims to allow users to view their accounts with ease and to keep track of their finances and manage their money anytime.

I worked within an agile team to produce new features to enhance the My AMP app experience. Working on end to end features and understanding user needs that were identified from NPS feedback. I reviewed the AI navigation structure and created UX flows to introduce the mange cards feature to activate your card, change your card pin, and to report a stolen or lost card in the app.

Daily limits are associated with each payee rather than one overall daily limit. A common task for users involves changing the daily limit for a payee via pay transfers or by managing payees.
